Patch MD B12 question
on 8/4/15 5:33 pm
I couldn't find the answer on their website or on here...
I have been using the multi vitamin patch at night since my surgery 5 weeks ago, and just got the B12 patches. I was wondering if I can wear them at night or if they will affect my sleep? I know B12 helps with energy, but what I'm wondering is if the energy is while the patch is on (which obviously wouldn't be good if I'm trying to sleep) or if it just gets it in my system and wouldn't likely affect my sleep?
I realize it seems like a silly question, but I know a lot of B12 delivery methods are done only once a week rather than daily.
Thanks!
B12 isn't a pep pill. You don't take it and get instant energy.

I get instant energy from B12..so watch for that. Also - the B12 patch has a lot of B6, on top of B6 in multi.
Make sure next lab work your doc orders B6 test. A lot of us get way too much B6. At onetime my B6 was more than triple max limits. It is still ok high...But slowly going down.
High B6 can cause nerve damage. It is critical you test it if you supplement more than 100%.

I get an instant energy... I have to make sure I get B12 shot mid of the week so I am not bouncing off the walls during the weekend- BF request... Lol
