I don't use it, but in case you do...
I use olive and butter.
When I was kid, my mom used "real food" ingredients..Like real lard, real butter, and real salt.
I was not MO.
Then when I hit puberty I got really MO from PCOS and ate all sort of frankenfoods. Never really could lose the weight.
Soemtimes, I just think natural is better.
