lipedema - looking for a doctor in Houston and other questions.

i am convinced I have Lipedema and would like to get a diagnoses as well as possible liposuction. I am unable to take most of the medications recommended. I am finding it near impossible to find someone in Houston Texas.

Has anyone had liposuction to treat it? How successful was it? Did the insurance cover it?
