A friend of mine gave me this recipe and I like it a lot. It is sweet and gooie and yummy. I'm sure you could modify the ingredients to make lots of different varieties. It's called 3 minute High Protein Granola Bars

1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter

3 cups Quick Oats

1 cup honey

2 cup protein powder (I used chocolate from the Bulk Barn)

.25 tsp salt

Mix the oats and protein powder together then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. I added a tiny bit of water to help it stick better.

Roll the mixture between 2 sheets of parchment paper then cut to desired size. Refrigerate.

I made half the recipe and cut it into 10 bars. Each has 185 cal, 14.4 g carbs and 14 g of protein.

Not to be snarky, but I don't know where you are getting your 185 calorie and 14.4 grams of carbs stat.  These are 523 calories and 51 carbs with 31 coming from sugar each!!  VERY high in sugar and carbs --

I did a double take too when I saw a cup of honey.... no wonder they were delicious...LOL. I looked up Honey and 1 cup has 1031 calories and 279 carbs. If you could substitute with applesauce and sweetener or use SF Syrup or something it might work.... It still wouldn't fall into low-carb but might be doable...

I make a protein bar-ish oat square generally anything with oats in it is not going to be "low" carb but http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2013/07/7-pro tein-packed-grab-and-go-breakfast.html

There's Quest bars too... If you haven't made them into a cookie yet you have to do that. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2015/07/frida y-five.html

I found one here I'm going to try:  http://www.foodiefiasco.com/chocolate-peanut-butter-protein- bars-vegan-low-carb-high-protein/

When I put my ingredients into MyFitnessPal, it came out with 188 calories, 7 carbs, 2 fiber, 2 sugar, 19 protein.

I don't know if they actually taste good or not, since I won't be making them until this weekend, but the stats look good.
