Pre op Diet

I loved these and stocked up on them big time even for after surgery. I drank 4 a day pre - op with no issues, but my new pouch hates them and they now make me sick. I'm only a month post-op, and the vets on the site say it's not uncommon to develop an aversion to them after surgery, and for some people they can drink them again after a few months.
Good luck!
I'm not a fan. They're not whey protein isolate anymore and they had a lot of quality control issues a year ago - I kept getting cases that were all clumped up and curdled inside. I stick to protein powder with unsweetened almond milk now.

It's all very individual. Many shakes (and powders) I cannot tolerate. I would buy small until you're sure how you will react.
