I'm two days shy of my 6 month surgiversary and I just saw 147 on the scale. I was in junior high school the last time I saw that number. I had a PE teacher tell me, "you'd better lose weight now or you'll be fat for the rest of your life." If not for my tool, she would be right. I continue to be amazed how this tool works. And really wish I had surgery years ago.

Congratulations! I reached goal yesterday. 6 months and 25 days after surgery. I lost 94 lbs in that amount of time. It is amazing how well this tool works, if you use it properly. This time last year, I was focused on not dying, today I am living!

Keep up the hard work. It is worth it for sure!

Congratulations on your victory!  I can certainly relate.  I had me surgery in February 2012 and lost 30 lbs the first month and I had     LAP-Band surgery.  They told me that I would only lose 40-60 lbs and I have lost 106 lbs.  I am currently 1.8 lbs away from my goal weight.  I suspect that I may have lost at least 1.8 lbs on Sunday as I was volunteering at a Summer Arts Festival which required me to walk around for 3 hours.  I think I would lose at least 1.8 lbs by walking for three hours.
