You haven't lost because you are eating too much.

Easy. From this young lady's past posts, it looks like she has heart failure and a pacemaker/defribulator. Sometimes medications can cause issues. And the heart not pumping right can also lead to water retention. It is also a task to be super active.
Just hope she can be okay.
Calories in/ calories out plays a huge role in not losing weight though. My heart is soft for her though. I've seen people put on 50lbs overnight with heart issues. All water weight.

If you are eating to "full" then you are likely eating too much.
We must weigh and measure our foods as our stomachs are liars.

Dense protein is stuff like meat, tofu, or cheese. High-protein foods that stick around in your stomach and take time to digest.

Dense protein is MEAT. Beef, pork, chicken, turkey, shrimp, lobster, fish, etc. Also cheese, eggs, and nuts.
Yes, it's possible to be re-Sleeved, but it's a more risky surgery. Another option, which *may* be a better choice, if your inability to lose more is related to your metabolism, is to add the intestinal portion for a complete Duodenal Switch. (The DS is a Sleeved stomach plus an aggressive intestinal bypass. The DS has the very BEST long-term, maintained weight-loss stats, PERIOD.)
