"3 week stall" has lasted 4 weeks.... SO FRUSTRATING!

I started a stall one week after surgery and it lasted 3 1/2 weeks... I thought I would lose my mind. I remember my surgeon saying "I am not worried" but I was. Stick with it, it will happen. I don't know that it matters but when I stall I like to change up my food choices... we tend to get into a rut and make sure you are getting some fat... we do need that.
