Is anyone familiar with the diet from UCLH the liver shrinkage one with skimmed milk 4 weigh****chers soupa and 4 muller light yoghurts?

I am on it after doing a low carb atkins diet induction for 3 months and now feel terrible. /i have 5 days till my gastric bypass and have a pain in my left pelvic area and feel terrible. The thing I've neglected to do is drink enough water. Did anyone else get a similar pain? I can live with it but wonder if it is a bladder infection or cyst or something. just worried it will affect the surgery on /thursday.

I had a band in 2008 but it was removed in 2012. I would appreciate any advice or comments, /thanks in advance

I'm on some thing like that.  Low fat and low carb combo.  It's tuff... but I'm managing it and lost 17 pounds in one month of being on it.  Never had any pain or any thing negative since I started it.

Do you think it could be lactose intolerance? I feel similarly if I drink milk products without my lactaid to accompany it...

Good call Felicity/ Due to bloated stomach and pain I think it is maybe IBS and lactose intolerance and the below reasons. Thanks for reply. I went to the hospital and had blood tests and xray and they think it was a bladder infection as blood in urine. Still uncomfortable but on schedule for bypass thursday morning. I cant wait to stop this nutritionally devoid diet.

The only way t find out is to go to your docs and have them do a urine test to see if you have a bladder infection. I doubt anything in the diet would cause pain in the pelvic area.
