You can change your phone settings so that it doesn't give you email notifiers.  Your phone might also have a "night mode" that will turn off email notifiers at night.  (I know iPhone has this, don't know about other phones.)  

For OH specifically, there's a link at the bottom of each email notification you get with instructions to opt out of notifications.

If you want to update your email address click the user name icon in the upper right corner (head icon), Settings, General Tab, Contact.  Update your email address and save.

You can control what notices you get from OH by the above steps and click Contact Preferences.  If you need further assistance let us know at [email protected]
