Sodium is only a problem if you have specific health issues that cause it to be. For most people, sodium is fine. I wouldn't worry about it.

Holy cow!  I can't believe I got Parmesan and Mozzarella mixed up!  I was totally thinking Mozzarella (I don't know why)... but duh!  The NAME of the recipe is PARMESAN Crisps!!!  

Thank you for getting me straightened out on that... what a goofball!  (Glad I hadn't gone shopping yet.)
