This is just what I needed. I wrote out my top 10 things to do when bored and thinking about food. I will put it on the food cupboard and hope it helps!

1st referral-June 2014, sent back and resubmitted September 2014. Wrong referral-medical not surgical. December 22-Surgical Referral sent in.

That's a long list. 60 ways? Heck, there are only 50 ways to leave your lover. I got to about the 30th way to avoid emotional eating and wanted some cookies in the worst way.
