Hi Members,

Many of you are reporting an issue with getting an error message when trying to utilize the search feature.

Try logging all the way out of your lap tops and or smart devices and then log back in.  If you are still getting an error message, please report it to our Tech email.

Just wanted to update you:  I have logged out, deleted history and cookies on all devices.

  1. Mac Air -- using Safari -- I get the same msg
  2. Mac Air -- using Google Chrome -- I get the same msg.
  3. HP laptop -- using Google Chrome -- get the same msg
  4. HP laptop -- using Explorer -- hourglass of death.
  5. iPad Mini -- Using safari -- same msg.
  6. iPhone 5s -- using safari -- same msg.

So this doesn't seem to be device or browser driven to me.
