4 months post op and always hungry
I too was never hungry for the first three month like I said I thought I hit the lotto and this was gonna be a breeze, I'm struggling with hunger now, like I was before surgery!! But thank god for restriction, this is going to be a battle I see I think that's why they urg us not to get too ****y early on! But I learn something new every month just gonna stick to my plan and keep pushing cuz I gots lots of lbs to go.
My Sugeon is no help when it comes to the food part he's a cutter that's his expertise lol in other words he acts like a moron when it comes to nutrition! But I've scheduled a appointment with my dietician but it's not until next month so I asked here and I applied some things I was told and it's been working
You have gotten good advice. I am always hungry, too, but realize that does not give me permission to overeat.

Uhm I'm only 4 months out not 4 years so I'm sure you know at this point overeating is not happening or an option! Just because Im hungry doesn't mean I overeat hell even if I wanted to I CANT! But I've been doing the dense protein in the mornings and afternoons and I've noticed my hunger is no where near as bad so yes I've gotten great advice I believe I was under eating honestly
