GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE;   COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN;  AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!!    THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

STEPS TO OVERCOMING OBSTACLES:   Embrace Self-Awareness:  If you don't see the obstacle or believe it's a hindrance, you'll never reach your goals, blaming everything and everyone but the person responsible.  This is particularly obstructive t resolving habitual obstacles.  Once you acknowledge your prioritization is misguided you will be able to make necessary adjustments to your behavior.

Use Time to Your Advantage:  Learn to manage your impatience and be ready when the smoke clears.  The harder the obstacle the more time it will take to overcome it.  Set a preliminary schedule with clear milestones so you can track your progress.  This way you will see the cumulative impact of your change.  Once you see progress, you will be encouraged to put in more effort.

Commit to Focused Discipline:  It is easy to get distracted with the present.  True discipline is about making yourself emotionally commit time and effort to your benefit regardless of external factors.  Hold yourself accountable for your actions.  Clear out every distraction and vow to add no other responsibilities until you have made progress.  Prioritize and Focus on it every day until you have reached your goal.

Engage Your Own Creativity:  Create rhythm in your life so you can freely engage the creative part of my brain for problem-solving. There's no better place to apply expansive thinking than on issues holding you back.  Give deliberate thought to what you want to accomplish, and set a plan.  Quit banging your head against the same brick wall over and over.  Take the time to think things through and find creative solutions that bring fun and progress to the grind of obstacle removal.
