Sorry, I searched but nothing came up.

I currently don't own a scale.  I'm tempted not to buy one, but I think it might help me a little to keep on track?

What have you guys found to be the best, most accurate scale?

I have a digital weigh****chers scale.  It works great and has multiple functions.

This is the one I bought:

Scale

It calculates BMI, body fat, etc.  If I had to do it over again, I would buy a scale that can transmit the data to my phone for tracking purposes.

Any of the digital scales are accurate.

My brother gave me a Withings digital scale for Christmas and I love it!!  It syncs with my iphone and it also passes the data on to trendweight.

I also have a Withings and love it but if I were to get a new one I would get the Fitbit Aria because it would sync with my Fitbit.

I bought a Health O Meter 349KLX right before surgery.

No frills, just weight. It is dead nuts to my doctors certified scale..... no surprises !!!

Drink a cup of coffee..... weight goes up..... go pee..... weight goes down.

My scale has been my partner, a constant that tells the truth every time.

We lost 200lbs together and it keeps my maintenance real.

Not saying get this scale.... get a good scale that works for you, some of the cheaper ones with features or not will drive you batty with inconsistency.

I have the Fitbit Aria and love it. I knew I could potentially be an "overweigher" because I get all caught up in numbers(not just weight but anything). I liked this because it really discouraged me from weighing more than my morning weigh in. I want my fitbit to be accurate and I dont want it updating my weight a bunch of different times a day. I bought it because I realized I wasnt updating my weight like I should be on my app so my calorie burn was reporting way higher than it actually was. Bed Bath and Beyond will take a coupon for it so I think mine was $110, money well spent.

Like Frisco said, the important thing is consistency.  Your scale should give you the same reading as the one in your doctor's office.  I weigh before I leave for an appointment.  There should never be a surprise.  I have a Tanita that is pretty old but very consistant.  When I decide to treat myself to a new one, it will have to sync to my fitness device, which for me is a Vivofit.

I am a firm believer in daily weighing and think you are handicapping yourself severely by doing this without a scale.
