Stevia or Truvia?
Trivia has dextrose, form of sugar derived from corn. I personally use pure organic stevia. Mostly liquid.

Truvia is a brand name for a sweetened made from a little bit of stevia (botanically, it's Stevia rebaudiana, an herb), plus a lot of erythritol and 'natural flavors', not further specified.
Pure stevia is intensely sweet---something like 200 times as sweet as cane sugar. what you cann table sugar. In order for people to use it at home, it's necessary to add a bulking agent to thin it out, so to speak. Of course, you can grow your own if you want to go totally organic. (*grin*) It's really just personal preference. I prefer Splenda.
I, personally, am a Liquid Stevia gal! I am now totally used to the taste and aftertaste and prefer it above all other sweeteners.

I like truvia, just a personal preference, some of the other sweeteners had an aftertaste that I didn't care for.
