In terms of the knee pain, pay close attention to your shoes. Good shoes can make a world of difference when it comes to reducing the stress on your knees and other joints during exercise. I spent about an hour picking out my last pair of training shoes, actually putting them on and jumping in the store to see which ones absorbed the most shock. Looked hella crazy, but well worth it.

Consider your socks too. Cushioned tennis socks are the joints' best friend.

Does this apply when i go barefoot? I rarely wear shoes and tend to walk on the balls of my feet ..... i have a hardtime with shoes in general as i have small small feet (size 4 in boys)

Does what apply, BishopTheBorg?

Are you trolling? Size four boys' shoes? I feel bad for you, son.

Sounds like talking to a doc might be your best bet.

Good luck!
