Aw, Willie - this was a GREAT and upbeat post!  Thanks so much for sharing your journey - the good, bad and ugly - with us.  Very few of us get to goal without some bumps, bruises and dent in the head along the way   But I'm confident you've got what it takes to get there!

Congrats on all the terrific NSVs - sounds like you are living life to the max these days.  And that's what it's all about anyway

Way to go keep up the great work. It's people like you and stories/ inspiration like this that make my journey so much more enjoyable. Also the reason I love this online support group and the reason I tell everyone I know about it. Thanks for sharing your success. 😎

Hey, just keep up your journey and invite us all along for the ride. Everyday someone new is coming to this forum and no matter what level we are at we can help them along. I still remember those first few miserable days, that first week, the gas, the pain in the side, the weakness, inability to eat, to drink water, to exercise, the fear of the unknown and later on-plateaus, etc.. What would I have done if I had to go through all that by myself? This forum is a Learning Tree and the fruit it produces are each one of us who passes on the seeds! Look forward to reading more of your journey-keep on keeping on, step by step you're getting there!
