Recovery time
on 6/14/15 7:54 pm
I was away from two and a half weeks. I slept pretty much 24/7 the first week!
Do you have classes all day once the semester starts? If you could take it easy during your second week post-op it might be OK, but prepare to be exhausted!

I had r&Y on 3/10 and went home on 3/11 sleep a lot that first week. Was moving around more but tired easy that 2nd week. Went back to working a full office schedule the start of my 3rd week. If you take t easy and try to get in lots of rest you might be ok.
I had surgery on a Tuesday, went back to work Monday. The first week I worked short days because I was SO tired from the anesthesia... after that worked my normal schedule.
