Hey Member Service, - How can I clear out all the notifications?

I'm having the same problem. Occasionally, I can click the icon and things will drop down, but it'll only clear about 10 notifications, especially if I have maybe 40+. Before that, I could clear all but 1, and I couldn't reduce it back to 0. I'm now stuck with 57, and the drop-down doesn't load if I click the icon.

I've tried logging out and back in, using different browsers (IE, Chrome desktop and mobile), no dice.

This happened before and the only way it cleared out was when Member Services logged into my account.

Our IT Team reports they have fixed the issue with the notifications not opening and the count is fixed. If you find out otherwise please let us know at [email protected]
