I am a long, long way from plastics at this point... but it is in my future. I have already discussed my panni with the nurse practitioner in my bariatric surgeon's office because my panni is pretty huge. I am sure that it will have to be done before my total weight loss is complete due to rashes and what not. But, I would never let any surgeon other than a plastic surgeon who specializes in bariatrics do my surgery. Thank God, there are several in my area and I will be able to pick the one I like.

And, personally, I think there is nothing wrong with wanting to look pretty. This is not a vanity surgery. The pretty is a happy bonus. But, I do plan to have my arms, thighs, boobs and anything else that needs it done... I think after all the work that we do to lose the weight, why not look the best you can?

Highest weight - 440 lbs, Surgery weight - 395 lbs, Current weight - 291 lbs.
