In the every day hustle and bustle of our lives it’s tempting to just grab the most convenient snack for that quick fix in between meals. For many of us, that easy to reach snack often includes an unhealthy food choice. What starts out as a handful of potato chips often turns into much more and “just a couple of bites” of a snack that you know is high in calories…well you know how that usually goes. So when you are in the midst of a snack attack, how can you snack healthy?  Here are 10 healthy snack ideas that have 50 calories or less:

Great post!  I personally skip the crackers -- but overall, these are GREAT ideas.  Thank you.

Is it really necessary to harp on someone because they state how they would personally choose to consume the aforementioned snack? It didn't come off as critical to me at all, your post however...

You could take a mason jar, for example and bang on those crackers and sprinkle them over your mason jar salad. Don't be so hard on the crackers if they are broken up they don't have as many carbs which leaves lots of room for bite size Snickers bars.

Or you could break the mason jar and sprinkle it over your salad.  Glass has no calories or carbs.  It's the perfect food.
