I own one of these and not having any luck with the Ice Crushing in my drinks. I love crushed ice in my drinks, and the company sez the blades make for crushed ice. If you own one of these are you getting crushed ice? For $129. dollars I paid for it, I want crushed ice.

I have the Magic Bullet and bought the ice crushing blade.  I was pleased with how much better the ice was crushed - sometimes there would still be a big piece left but that was only if  I put too much in.  I think I got mine from amazon for around $20.  The Magic bullet set my mom got at Costco included the ice blade.

Must be something wrong with yours - can you return?  Mine turns ice to snow.  I juice with my juicer though but the nutribullet make awesome slushy drinks.  sometimes I just do a low caloried flavored drink with ice just to have the feel of a slushy snack like.

Good to see you back.  How is it living with your boyfriend?

Best,

I have the nutribullet, I think it's the 900 series. I don't put ice in it but I did put frozen fruit in it & didn't have a problem.

Mine came with 2 different types of blades and I have used both of them to get the ice crushed with still no luck. I also have been having other issues with the nutria bullet. Not happy at this point with my Nutri Bullet purchase.

How long have you had it? If you still have a receipt, you might be able to take it back to the store.

Perhaps send the nutribullet back and get a Vitamix.

It initially seems very spendy but it can handle things which would send my previous blenders into melt down.

When I lived in teh south, I would use a lot of crushed ice and mixed frozen beverages in the summer. My kitchenaids would last about a year and then just give out.

I havent had such a problem with the vitamix.

Also, they are made in the USA. So you are supporting american business

It's worth contacting the company with your issues - they might be one of the good companies that will stand by their product regardless of how long you've had it.  And you won't know until you try.

Most manufacturers have a 1 yr limited warrenty, so you might have to take or send it somewhere to get it repaired but it's not doing you any good the way it is so may as well try to get it fixed and working right. They may even send you a new one if you tell them, it has never worked correctly and if you are having multiple issues that pretty much says there is a defect in the machine. Can't hurt to try!
