Groomy gave me a stack of coupons from the sunday paper. If you are a protein powder-er (and behind on your coupons), check the past two weeks. In the DC metro area, EAS (a brand recommended by my surgeon) has a 2 buck off coupon for two lbs of protein powder.  They also have a coupon for the ready made ones too!

EAS is soy based. I try to avoid soy as much as possible.

I need to get back to couponing. It was so fun! I like EAS too; I think it is on many plans.

Remember the good old days before extreme couponing when one could covertly extreme coupon and save fifty bucks a shot?  And if it was double coupon day......[insert wistful sighing]

I miss those days.

I still like couponing though. It can really save money provided it is something that you like and use.  I am also aware that BJs takes sunday paper coupons...so I use those there too! Unfortuantely, EAS is not a my BJs.
