So i take care of my disabled step sister she is disabled cause of diabetic obesity she weighs 396lbs and she has back pain alot she says it because of the weight of her 42ii cup breasts is that possible

At work, there is a woman that gets her bras made at a special shop. She alleges that they are J's.

It absolutely can cause pain. Is she interested in getting weight loss surgery because that could certainly improve her quality of life!
