Exciting news!  I too had never had surgery, but it all went well for me. Hopefully for you too! We'll see you on the losers bench soon :-)

It's weird to me to think that a loser's bench is a good thing, but it is :P

The week long 2x body fortress whey isolate + a sensible dinner will be the hardest part for me (pre-op diet). Thank you for your kind words!

Totally agree with you there.  The pre-op diet was much harder than the diet post-op (though it still hasn't been easy at times).  

Tomorrow is my 1st day for pre-op diet. My last normal meal is a piece of boneless chicken with sugar-free BBQ sauce. :)

This is my before-picture for now (my $10 tracfone, saving up for a $100 tracfone with autofocus)

(edit: my date MIGHT be pushed up, my insurance got the papers from my surgeon on the 5th and it COULD take two weeks. Hopefully the final authorization happens before my surgeon goes on his brea****il August...)

Even if my surgery gets postponed to August (the surgeon has his last day on the 15th and insurance will give final clearance within two weeks from the 5th of June) I'll be more ready with stocked up premier protein shakes.
