If it goes on your wrist, and based on the price it sounds like the Flex.  Download the Fitbit app and you can set up the Fitbit and read it's output.

I have the Flex and love it. :)

I decided to get the One based on price and that I wouldn't have to wear it on my wrist. I haven't started using it yet but I look forward to it.
