Jerky
I've seen some people post that they have jerky for a snack. Is there a brand that is best?
Also, I've seen that people eat thin additives. Is this something newbies should avoid?
Costco has their Kirkland Beef strips that I really like. I just bought a package of their Korean jerky and like it.
I tried the Thin Addictives and didn't care for them. I can't remember how many carbs they have. I wouldn't recommend to a newbie, but someone that eats them regularly could advise you better than I can.
