Gaining Weight after Rouxen Y surgery

I had RNY surgery 9 months ago and this is something that I dread.  My weight loss has slowed down a bit so I'm starting to get anxious about regaining weight. What we all have to keep in mind is that surgery is a tool to help us in our journey, but it won't fix everything. What I've also come to realize is that even though surgery changes our bodies, it doesn't fix our minds. Weight loss is just as much, if not more, mental as physical. It takes commitment to stay in the race. I'm sure you'll get back on track!
