What do you eat in a day?
That sounds nice! I didn't realise vsg people could eat things like chicken so soon post-op. Very nice! We eat a lot more quantity than you do.
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
That sounds like a lot of food to me for being five weeks post op. Are you tracking your calories/protein using an app like My Fitness Pal?

I have a band and I usually eat the following
Breakfast- greek yogurt
snack before or after lunch- apple (I like the fiber keeps me full)
Lunch- cottage cheese and 2oz of ham slices
Dinner- Taco pizza. torilla (the tortilla act like the pizza crust) with cheese, refried beans, lettuce, ground turkey, salsa.
This is what I had yesterday.
I drink only water, Crystal Lite or Tea.
I'm 8 weeks post VSG. Today I ate/will eat:
B - Fairlife milk and coffee (I still don't tolerate solids in the morning )
L - 3.5 turkey meatballs with 2tbsp homemade marinara.
D - chicken breast, olives, bacon and avocado with some salad dressing - my non WLS husband will have a salad, I just eat the toppings because spinach and lettuce are still a no-go.
Plus 80-90Oz water and my vitamins.
I'm still really early out. About 14 weeks from VSG.
B - chike protein coffee
B2 - roll up of deli turkey and provolone, about 2 oz total
L - 2 oz chicken, with either salsa or a little bbq sauce
D - 2 oz of fish, steak, chicken etc. And a spoon of veggie.
Snack - maybe a couple almonds or mini baby bell
