Best apps for before and after surgery?
Runkeeper is my main app. I use it to track all of my exercise activity. I use Zombies Run! for running and TrendWeight for weight tracking which syncs with my Withings scale.
I use Headspace for meditation/mindfulness and I've just started using Happify to try out. I also use Yoga Studio for yoga at home.

I also like my Fitbit more than I thought I would, and so I use the accompanying app quite a bit.
For exercising, I like using an app called Bit Timer. It's intended to use for Interval training, but I use it more to help me time my reps when I do weight. I give myself 20 seconds to complete my reps, followed by 40 seconds of rest. Repeat until I'm done.
