I had RNY 10 years ago. Not constipated maybe a little.

I had RNY. This has been going on for 2 days I am miserable. Stomach constantly making noises. Throwing up scares me.

If you cannot get anything down, not even water, you will dehydrate before you can see yur doctor. If you are unable to get anything in you need to go to the er.
