This is what I take...but your plan/surgeon may recommend tweaking this based on your labwork:

Morning: Multi-vitamin, calcium chew, Bcomplex

Lunch: Calcium Chew

Dinner: Multi-vitamin, B12/Vitamin C gummy, iron

Good luck to you!

It really depends on what procedure you have.  I switched to patches and add extra calcium since everything else bypasses my digestive system now.

Hey, Val, have you had labs done since you started the patches?  I just started them a few weeks ago and am still a little nervous about how well the body absorbs the vitamins from them.  I have labs coming up in a couple of months, but am curious about actual experiences.  Are you using the PatchMD patches or anotehr brand?

I've not done labs yet, but I can tell you by how I feel and how my hair and nails are growing that I'm getting more of some things than I got orally.

No-one can answer without knowing which surgery you are having.  It varies from one multi-vit a day for banded people to a heck of a lot for DS! With RNY and sleeve being in between!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Every program appears to be different. In ours we are told not to take our calcium and multi at the same time.

Go to your profile and add your surgery type and date. Then it will show up each time you post. This is info we need to help you.

Ultimately, what YOU will need to take will depend on YOUR lab results. Have they run a set of baseline labs yet? If not, get them done soon. If you're already low in anything NOW is the time to start working on that.
