best medicaid plan for bariatric surgery (michigan)

I had lap band surgery 3 years ago. Long story short I'm having numerous problems that even my surgeons office thinks is related but nothing is showing up on tests. My insurance (molina) has been less than helpful. I'm looking at switching and wondering if I could get input on which provider to go with. Currently looking at meridian or united. Any input would be great.
