I love coloring! There are tons of free pages you can print out online. And a HUGE variety of books, Michael's craft store has dozens of them for about five bucks each!

When I worked in a domestic violence shelter a therapist had the women color mandalas. It had something to do with their dialectic behavior therapy and connecting both sides of the brain to help calm them. It was a stress-reducing tool. I'm guessing the new adult-coloring-book craze works the same way. I may have to try it...especially at night!
