New fun way to keep busy and not eat~
I find if I keep my hands busy I don't shove food in my mouth. I usually knit but have found a really fun way to stay busy and not eat. Coloring books Come on, who doesn't remember how much fun it was to color when we were a kid. I loved getting a new coloring book and crayons when I was a kid.
