The Best Obesity Health Blogs of the Year
The World According to Eggface
Blogger Shelly had gastric bypass surgery in 2006. A life-long lover of cooking, she was afraid that limiting her intake would crush her creative output. Turns out this was not the case at all. Shelly, aka Eggface, has become even more creative as she looked for ways to cram delicious nutrition into smaller packages. You’ll enjoy reading The World According to Eggface and could very well win one of her regular giveaways.

Hi Deebugs,
The first thing to do is call your surgeon's office and make an appointment. The surgeon will want to verify there is no medical reason why your weight has stopped. If there is no medical reason then the next step is to zero in on what you are eating, how much and when.
The best way to do this is to log everything you eat and review with your nutritionist for some suggestions on any changes you may want to make. If you find you are eating all the right things and moving it just may be your body is adjusting to a large weight loss. Stay the course and the weight will start coming off again. I had 9 weeks I didn't lose on the scale but saw a difference in my clothes, energy and how I felt. Once the scale started moving again, it never stopped.
Keep us posted on how you are doing!
