HELP

Dr. Kirshenbaum in Colorado performed my original procedure.  He is retired now, and I need to get my medical records in order to have a revisional procedure.  Does anyone have any information on the physician who took over for Dr. K?

Try calling the hospital where you had your surgery and see if they have any information on who took over his practice.
