Day four is the turning point. Drink lots of water, tea, etc between your shakes to fake out your tummy for a bit!!  Keep remembering why you're doing this and it's a little easier!  Stay distracted, don't think about what you're missing, but what you'll be gaining in the long run!

I am so glad I found this site! Support makes so much difference in a person's mind set! When I read your posts I am reminded that their is a bigger prize at the end of this race, a new healthier me! Thank you all for your wonderful responses!

Girl, you can't even imagine how wonderful this surgery is for your life!  The best thing I've ever done for myself!!  When I expressed a little hesitation/concern prior to surgery, my doc said "you can not imagine the positive impact this will have on your life". Truer words have never been spoken!

I would say don't start your shakes until you are hungry in the day. So if you don't feel hungry wait, that will put them closer together. I was only allowed 3 shakes and nothing else.... Eye on the prize!!!
