5 day pouch test and wine?
Are you making a joke? Unless you are at goal, wine shouldn't be on your menu. I never developed a taste for wine so I never think about drinking it. I don't drink alcohol at all although I used to like a mixed drin****asionally.
So, I hope you bit the bullet and went to bed.

Are you trolling? Or have you already had a few glasses of wine?

Nothing wrong with a glass of wine if you are ready to start gaining weight again. Alcohol is nothing but empty calories that provide no nutrition. And it kind of goes against the concept of the 5 day pouch test ( which is nothing more than a fad diet for WLS patients). If you want to lose weight, skip the wine and the 5 day pouch test and just go back to basics. Protein, Veggies and NO STARCHY CARBS.
I'll assume this isn't a joke and just point out that wine on an almost empty stomach may affect you rapidly.
