Lots of cavities and losing teeth

my dental problems aren't all due to WLS. The dentist said my teeth weren't getting enough nutrients. I also have dry mouth from one of my meds.ive been using a prescription Flouride toothpaste. I've also started  using Biotene toothpaste and mouthwash. Unfortunately I did skip my 6 months dental cleaning and am paying for it now.  I hope I can save the rest of my teeth.
