MONDAY GRATEFUL POST
Good Monday Everyone,
Hope you had a great weekend and ready to start a amazing week. Grateful is something that we should be everyday of our lives. I know I am grateful everyday of the blessings or the lessons that I have learned from the trials that have come my direction. Today I am grateful for a new week...new day to make better choices than yesterday....last week etc. Grateful for my WLS, life, second chances, family and friends. Grateful for support groups, encouragement from others. Grateful for prayer and God in my life. Grateful for Obesity Help and all the amazing people on here giving support and advice to others. PLEASE share if you will what you are grateful for today and have a blessed monday.

good Morning Vivian & all who visit the forum!
I am grateful that after 10+ years I now have the insurance to cover my surgery!
I am grateful I am in the pre-op process & learning so much about meal choices. (You can teach an old dog new tricks!) I always thought 'going on a diet' or 'eating healthier' meant being deprived or stuck with limited, boring, and nasty food choices!
I am grateful for being able to make better food choices & to tolerate walking b/c I am definitely feeling better than I did 3 months ago!
