Photo help please

I can't seem to figure out how to upload a profile picture or photos.  I keep getting an error message. Can anyone offer suggestions?  Thanks!

To upload a photo:

1.  Go to "MY OH" at the upper right hand corner on the blue nav
2.  Click on "Photos"
3.  Create a new Album
4.  Name your new Album
5.  Click on "Upload"
6.  Select the Files of the photos up want to upload
7.  Tag them (optional)
8.  When your selected photo files are uploaded, return to your albums and they will be there
