7 Years Post-Op Update !!
What a great post! I love hearing stories from people who have kept their weight off for many years. I'm only two years out. I was lucky enough to have reached goal, and I also love to walk and feel it was very instrumental in reaching my goal. I know I will have this issue and battle for the rest of my life, but thank you for encouraging everyone that long-term victory IS possible. I praise God every day for this option that we have since I couldn't do it on my own, even with the good help of OA.
Thanks...I hear ya.
God is certinaly one to be praised for all that He has done for all of us. I really can't thank anyone one but Him for comforting me daily, and giving me the encouragement I need. Sometimes I feel discouraged, but I have to continue to pray and think positive...it's hard sometimes, but I eventually get through it with His help.
I'm so proud and thankful for your success in weight loss. Good for you!! Keep up the amazing work! You'll be where I am soon enough...and be even more proud of yourself for what you've accomplished all those years.
Have a wonderful day, and thanks for your post.
Stay blessed and always encouraged.
