What's Your Sugar Tolerance Now?

I am 11 years out and my tolerance for sugar has gotten worse over time....I could tolerate small amounts periodically a few years after surgery but in the past couple years much less. Blood sugar has dropped as low as 36. There is a possibility this is more than just late dumping for me, possibly nesidioblastosis. Currently on meds to delay absorption of carbs.
