I am having surgery tomorrow, what is the best protein shake that is sold at walmart, confused about the calorie, sodium and protein content. Please help.

They sell the ready to drink Premier Protein at Walmart, I would buy that for now. It has 30g protein and it's thinner consistency makes it easier to get down. Sometimes I put a squirt of chocolate syrup in it and a little bit of instant coffee......

I use Body Fortress Whey Isolate from Walmart. It's 99% lactose free and I mix it with water or cashew milk. Cost is $21 per tub.
