Insurance may or may not cover it, but you just need to make an appointment with anther psychiatrist for another psych eval. You could always talk to your surgeon about it, they can probably recommend someone.

Do you remember what the test was called??  As a Psychologist, I am very suspicious about what kind of "assessment" they gave you...

I do not know what it was called. It was about 160 questions done on a computer that by the way cost me 150 bucks to take and print this test. the computer does the analyzing so that was bs in my opinion. There were questions like, "I no longer feel able to do things I used to do" then chose true or false. There were only true false answers nothing that was like sometimes or if it didnt apply then it was hard to determine what to answer. It also asked about post op experience and progress, I havent had the surgery yet so how can I answer questions like that.
