Ketosis
Thank you for all your replies. My concern is that I am so low carb- below 30 a day - and they are from yogurt,shakes,etc. and I'm on pink. This means small amount of ketones. What will make me get to purple? I don't even eat vegetables yet for fear of the carbs. I'm just frustrated...

Wow! Below 20, eh? Ok. I will do my best! How do I tell net carbs? I use MFP and get my carb count from there.

Also you are 5 months out. Try getting your Protien from meats, poultry, seafood, eggs and cheeses. There are no carbs in any of those foods. Try to rely less on the shakes and if you use yogurt use a plain one and sweeten it up with sf syrups or light and lively makes one in a purple container with low carbs.
