Losing slow and frustrated!!
Wow Nikky, it seems you are doing this beautifully. I'd say that it is simply a stall and you'll be back to losing in no time. 400 cal seems too low though - I like at least 600 especially since you are managing your protein so well. EDITED - forget what I said about the calorie thing. I see you are not even 2mos out! I think it is just a stall and will resolve
All Best,
Layla
It's good that you don't sweat the numbers on the scale too much, its only been a couple of months & you're doing pretty good. You might be losing in inches, the scale only shows part of the picture. Sometimes when starting a new workout routine the body holds onto water, once it figures out this is your new normal, eventually it lets it go.
Keep up the good work!

I have to ask, that is very low calories for 13 months out. How do you stay so low?

No, I know... I was replying to Gina Nelson who said she was 13 months out and only gets 400-650 calories a day

Thanks everyone for the replies I take it I'm just experiencing my first stall it's not easy especially when you lose 30lbs in less than a month to 3lbs in half of a month but I definitely see results in my body and I'm feeling so much better! I start my regular diet Friday i feel like now I'm on my own now and it's up to me to keep it up so I'll see how this goes!
Unless my math is a mess, you're seven weeks out and have lost 36 pounds. That averages to 5 lbs a week. I wouldn't consider that "slow."
Most of us lose weight in a stair step pattern. Try not to focus too much on the small fluctuations. Sometimes our bodies are in a period of realignment and although we might not see the numbers on the scale meet our expectations, we'll see big changes in how our clothes fit.
If you're getting all your protein in (how many grams are you eating per day?), drinking plenty of fluids, taking your vitamins and getting some exercise, the weight will come off.
We can't let the numbers on the scale control our moods. It's a recipe for a downward spiral. As everyone will tell you, it's a marathon, not a sprint, so work on the journey and don't fixate on the bumps. You can do this.
